To Set up an RSS Feed (Automatic Update)

I. Upgrade to Internet Explorer 7.0 or Higher

1. Save this web page in your favorites so that you can come back to it.
2. You must have Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher to create a feed with these instructions. Go to this link and download and install IE 7.0 or higher Web Browser. (come back to this page when you are finished)

II. Subscribe to the the Mapping Project Feed

1. In Internet Explorer 7.o go to favorites and reload this page (Unless you are already here)
2. Click here to pull up the Mapping Project RSS feed subscription page
3. In the Top left had corner, next to the yellow Star / Green Plus sign Icon, there is a link that reads subscribe to this feed click on it
4. In your web browser, in the upper left hand corner is the same yellow star/green plus sign icon. Click on the Yellow Star icon to the left of the button.
5. You have three options: Favorites, Feeds or History. Click Feeds.
6. The Mapping Project Feed should be present.

III. Learn More about RSS

1. Go to the drop down window, and next to File - View- Favorites - Tools - is Help, and click on Contents and Index
2. Type in Using Feeds (RSS)
